Project Management Fundamentals Workshop

Project Management plays a pivotal role for your business success, and it incontrovertibly has the ability to turn your corporate around.

When functional Project Management gains traction in your organization, it can be transformational and powerful, as it makes the company run smoothly, which means that all departments in the business are functioning successfully in parallel, and that each piece of each project is proceeding sufficiently effective as it should, with high control and low risks.

Doubtlessly, project-based organizations need highly effective planning, organization, and monitoring, in order to improve business performance, growth, and competitiveness. Also, Project Management helps in keeping track of hundreds of people and projects, as well as, navigating through the ups and downs, clashes and catastrophes of projects. Besides, the great value of Project Management lies in improving risk-function efficiency, especially in mega projects.

Our Promise

In our Project Management Workshop, we apply experiential training methodology. Instead of presenting a case study and theoretical knowledge, the attendees will form teams of five members each, select their team leader, and select a project to start applying all knowledge presented during each session.

Sessions are designed as 60/40 ratio, where 60% will be knowledge transfer, and 40% teams’ activities to develop a Project Management Plan for the selected projects. During the teams’ activities, the trainer will act as coach or consultant and share best practice with the teams. On the last day, each team will present the Project Management Plan developed throughout the workshop.
